REGULATION ON REGISTRATION, EVALUATION, AUTHORIZATION AND RESTRICTION OF CHEMICALS (KKDİK) was published in the Official Gazette dated 23/6/2017 and numbered 30105 (bis).
In accordance with the amendment prepared by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change (MoEUCC, Ministry) and published in the Official Gazette dated 23/12/2023 and numbered 32408, in order to support and facilitate the registration process; while the registration deadline for all tannage bands was 31/12/2023 before the regulation, with the amendment, the deadlines for registration according to tonnage range and hazard classifications have been rearranged as three different stages. The updated deadline calendar for registration is below.

If the substances covered by KKDIK are produced in Turkey and/or imported to Turkey in amounts of 1 ton or more per year, the registration procedures must be completed by the relevant last registration date specified above.
